Some of us come to a retreat to rest. Some come to find clarity in the middle of chaos. Some come because they sense more than they say, and they're ready to trust it.
Whichever brings you, you'll find the same thing waiting: space to step out of the noise, return to your centre, and reconnect with who you truly are. This weekend is that space. That space between what you perceive and how you live. As the year turns inward and the trees let go of what they no longer need, I'd love you to join me for Seeing Clearly, Living Truly. It's a weekend to refine your senses and let them shape how you show up in the world as a natural, luminous unfolding of who you already are. There's no need to travel or wait for the perfect moment. What we’ll explore together: Group energy healings and transmissions Guided meditations and embodied exploration Light language transmissions Morning energy practices (meditations, exercises, energy spa treatments) (or afternoon energy practices depending where you are in the world) Honest reflection, fun and play — and whatever arises in the moment Between sessions, you'll have gentle practices to do in your own time. These take a couple of hours each day, in the morning or afternoon depending on where you are in the world, and they help deepen and anchor what's opening. Retreat Rhythm: Friday 23 October: opening circle 6.30–7.30 pm CEST / 12.30–1.30 pm ET / 9.30–10.30 am PT Saturday 24 & Sunday 25 October (CET) Session 1: 3–4.30 pm Break Session 2: 5.15–7 pm Dinner: 7–8 pm Session 3: 8–9 pm Please note: Europe's clocks go back overnight on Saturday.
