We are living through a time of extraordinary transformation. The calls to leap, to shift, to step more fully into who we truly are, are growing louder , yet so often, we feel we need to do this alone, or wait until the conditions are just right.
What if you didn’t have to wait? I’m delighted to invite you to join me for Seeing Clearly, Living Truly — Online, a weekend retreat that brings the depth and intimacy of an in-person gathering into the comfort of your own sacred space. We open together on Friday evening, and journey through Saturday and Sunday, finishing as the day draws to a close. Designed for those already attuned to inner work, this retreat offers you space to deepen your high sense perception and refine the authentic expression of who you truly are. As perception and presence clarifies, so does your capacity to inhabit yourself more fully, not as an ideal to become, but as a natural, luminous unfolding. What we’ll explore together: Group energy healings and transmissions Guided meditations and embodied exploration Light language transmissions Morning energy practices (meditations, exercises, energy spa treatments) (or afternoon energy practices depending where you are in the world) Honest reflection, fun and play — and whatever arises in the moment Retreat Rhythm: Friday: 6-7 pm CEST (Europe) (12-1 pm ET (Eastern) / 9-10 am PT (Pacific) Saturday and Sunday: (timings are in CEST) Session 1: 3 - 4.30 pm Break: 30 minutes Session 2: 5 – 7 pm Dinner: 7 - 8 pm Session 3: 8 – 9 pm Please check your own timezone at the World Clock planner https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html To deepen and anchor the work of the retreat, during the free time (either mornings or afternoons depending on your time zone), you will have some additional practices to be with each day for a couple of hours.
