​Sunday, 11 December (in earth time – a Now moment in the Light Realms)

Breaking news! I’m so excited, we’ve completed it – a fully functioning piece of golden exquisiteness – a Golden Body. And no copyright on this body!!

It all started some time ago (in earth time of course, but really only one endless Now moment for us) when we, the Light Realms, got together with our sister Earth to design this exquisite piece of what you might call technology. We call it the golden body.

What’s it made from, what does it do? Well, I can tell you it’s multi-functional, multi-dimensional, multi many things.

We had this idea to help the earthly beings transition into higher vibrations, higher dimensions as our sister Earth has now reached her goal of settling into the 5th dimension of mastery. Yaaayyyy! We celebrate you dear sister!

So, what’s it made from? An idea, leading to an outpouring of the fabric of the universe which we call Love (in its biggest form, not so much earthly love though that can be a part of it). This is the most delicate fabric and at the same time the strongest force that holds every tiny particle together in the whole of the universe.

Pretty incredible, huh? First there’s the idea which creates the flow. The flow
brings with it a form specific to the idea underneath. And suddenly in the Now moment we have a golden body.

What does it do? One of its main purposes is to hold a mirror image of all the cells, DNA, bones, muscles, tissues of the earthly physical body. However, one main difference is that it’s holding everything in a much higher vibration. It’s designed to support beings as they move from the 3rd dimension and bring
forward their mastery in the 5th dimension. It also has the potential to create the heaven you’ve known in the 7th dimension.

We also installed some exciting programmes (you might call them apps) to add to this magnificent design. You can put it on and travel throughout the universe as it protects from solar and ultraviolet radiation; it provides air to breathe while you’re travelling and an incredible innate intelligence to guide you. You could say it’s your own personal high frequency spaceship!

And there’s more, it holds all your thoughts, feelings, emotions, needs, desires in an ultra high vibration so that you can magically create and manifest a life of joy and beauty. At the moment, it’s an interface between two or more dimensions and slowly, gently you become one together – no separation. The more you use your golden body to guide you through every day, the quicker you move to the place of no separation – to unity. One of the very special apps that we love is the “Perfect health and wellbeing” app – pretty cool. This one takes a little adjusting to for earthlings, accepting the idea of healing themselves from the inside out but you’ll get the hang of it.

We’re so proud of this gift of collaboration and humbled by how joyfully so many earthly beings have accepted the gift and made it their own. We offer it to everyone with Joy and Love.

Monday, 19 December (in earth time – a Now moment in the Light Realms)

Today I had the impulse to visit one of my favourite spots in the universe – the Pillars of Creation. That’s the name humans give to this formation but to me it’s simply somewhere I love to hang out and watch creation in its rawest form unfold.

I decided to bring along my young apprentice. I use the word apprentice very loosely as she’s a high dimensional sister of the Light Realms. However, she’s just returned to us from a rather intense period of incarnation in a physical body on planet Earth and I’m taking her under my wing to give her time to re-acquaint herself with the bigness, power and majesty of our universe.

We set off with a click of our metaphorical fingers, and pouf arrive in a jiffy. The first thing I’m aware of is a profound silence – soothing to my young apprentice after the chaos (even though beautiful) that she’s been experiencing of late.

We set up our star gazing loungers (which by the way have a 360 degree view – (always useful when stargazing) and lie back to take it all in. And what a sight this is – new stars being born every millisecond, all held in the protective embrace of this nebula until they’re ready and mature enough to be seen.

I ask my apprentice what she’s experiencing as I’m curious.

“I’m feeling warm and cocooned” she replies. “I can touch into the unbelievable power of creation – it brings goose bumps throughout my being, even goosebumps in the residual memory of my earth body!”

We tune in, one by one, to these new born stars. They each have a unique sound and vibration and we allow some moments to take in that exquisite sound. We share with them the knowledge and wisdom from the Light Realms and they share with us their experience of newness – what it’s like to be at the very beginning of creation, created from a thought, like a soul being born into the body of new baby – vulnerable and learning to see, hear, understand what’s happening around. For both of us it’s profoundly humbling and we better understand how everything in the universe mirrors and reflects everything else – even from the vast to the small.
Connecting with the essence of the Pillars of Creation themselves is pure magnificence. They do the job they created for themselves with such grace and caring, almost being a parent to these emerging star systems. They provide the nourishment needed through the elements of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and sulphur and much much more with names I can’t even pronounce. The pillars of dust and gas protect the newborns from the ultraviolet light frequencies coming from the older, more evolved stars until, as I said earlier, the newbies feel ready to be seen.

“My purpose is to nourish and protect” whispered the nebula “and
what a privilege it is to witness these baby stars growing into their power and fullness”.

I asked my young apprentice what she’s learned from our visit.

I really get it – I am not just a part of this force of creation, I am this force of creation. It’s an unstoppable force and I simply ride the wave to see where it takes me. This is what beings on earth call magic.”

And me? I just love to hang out with my gentle old friend and now with new sparkling friends – it refreshes me to be with the old and the new, it refreshes the Light Realms who also share in this magic. Till our next adventure … I leave you with love …

Saturday, 3 December 2022 (earth time)
(a never ending Now moment in the Light Realms)

Road trip today! In this Now moment, the idea pops up for a road trip – a visit with my dear sister Earth and meeting with my friends living on the beautiful sphere of the planet. From the Light Realms, I decided to arrive on Earth via the beautiful and ancient city of Camelot in the sky - here Camelot is held in the etheric realms in perfect harmony. Wasting no time, I dive off the castle walls. These walls are pretty special, being constructed with the same tissue as the Light Realms – shining and shimmering magnificently in the rays of the sun. I’m always in awe of these cities in the sky – there are many of them around the sphere of the planet, providing so much light energy and nourishment as they work in harmony with my dear sister.

As I dive off the walls, I have such a rush of excitement and pleasure - flying through the air connecting with the wind and the flow of the currents carrying me down, down, down towards the ocean. On the way I become one with bird energy, particularly the seagulls whose home is in the ocean space.

And then the moment comes, rushing towards the sea, I merge seamlessly with the water, filling up my beingness with its extraordinary knowing. I can’t stop smiling and laughing as so many different sensations move through me. So many fish and dolphins are drawn to me to say hello and we bask in each other’s vibration.

Today I’m aiming for a special spot on the planet – Merlin’s cave and Camelot, the physical counterpart of the sky city. Merlin, another of my Light brothers and sisters, came many times to this special place to share his light, wisdom and magic with the beings living there, an extension of the energy of our dear sister Earth.

I also need to explain to you how I’m able to move through all these transitions – Light Realms to physical body. It’s so simple! I step into my golden body. Viewed from the perspective of an earth being, it’s as if I am wearing a suit of golden armour all around me. Unlike armour though, this body is light and full of intelligence – an exquisite design of the Light Realms in co-creation with sister
Earth. This golden body also upgrades and expands the design of earth bodies. Pretty amazing!

When I’ve filled myself up with the very special vibration that water on Earth holds, I surface into Merlin’s cave using the co-ordinates he communicated to me before my journey through LRS (Light Realms Satellite). It has the same purpose as your GPS only for the Light Realms, just a little more sophisticated! 

As I surface into the cave, the walls of granite and stone immediately change their vibration to welcome me and warm up the space with a kind of solar energy that dries me off. Yes, now I’m in physical form within my golden body, seeing the world through physical eyes. What an incredible sight! I’m looking through the eyes of an elder of the Light Realms and at the same time the eyes of my golden body and then my physical body. I have so many perspectives on this beautiful world and find myself revelling all the colours, shades of emotions, different ways of looking at life. A true kaleidoscope of vibration and colour.

To help me attune to my physicality, I eat a few berries and a little bread that I’ve brought with me for the journey and am now ready to meet my friends in Camelot. Although anchored in my physical body, I suspect the glow of my golden body is evident to anyone looking at me. I experience a little moment of shyness at being seen in this mantle of beauty. I surrender and let go of this fleeting moment and accept that my disguise in earthly form might not be totally convincing – I might be
seen in the full light of who I am.

With my peculiar multidimensional eyesight, I notice a different vibration or resonance in one of the walls of the cave. This reveals a magical a staircase built inside the hill which I follow up and step out into brilliant sunlight and the busyness of town life. A moment to acclimatise is needed as I take in the sounds and smells of life – the smell of the sea, the herbs growing in the surrounding hills, the smells of cooking and people living their life. Glorious!

As I start to head into the town, I meet my dear friends from previous visits. They stop and say hello, welcome me back, hug me and shake my hand. They tell me their stories. Sometimes no words are needed, only the deep connection of Love – heart to heart. We share an endless moment of magnificence together. They are all magnificent – some conscious of their magnificence, some not.

And it doesn’t matter – as we exchange these moments of Grace together, we are both changed by it. Enhanced, uplifted and upgraded within our beingness. We are made, each of us, more beautiful. My next impulse in this never-ending Now moment is to return to my sisters and brothers in the Light Realms to share these experiences – spread them throughout the realms of light. And you might ask me, how do I do this, how do I return? I choose the shortcut home through an idea, a thought, a feeling of home and bring myself there in even less time than a flick of a switch or a snap of my earthly fingers.

The Light Realms are forever enhanced and upgraded with this sharing – made even more beautiful and harmonious.
